Our Experience
After 10 years of working in a busy dental practice and working on reducing our waste I have decided to use my passion to help other practices set and achieve their sustainability goals. Our systems are designed to empower your team and equip them with the tools they need to help take your practice to the next level.
Our Approach
Whether you want want to start small and discus alternative products or go big and look at an entire revamp of your practice we can help!
We are firm believers in the 5 R's: Reduce, Refuse, Reuse, Rot, Recycle and our goal is to find a way to do this throughout your practice.
The first step is to meet us for a comprehensive consultation so that we can learn about your business and what makes it tick. This initial consult helps us to identify areas that you are wanting to work on as well as areas that we think we can improve on.
Following this consultation our team will complete a full audit of your business. For clinical offices this will include an audit of your clinical environment as well as your office space.
A clinical audit will include: a look at your consumable materials, current patient set-up/packdown, machinery and service history, infection control methods, sterilization systems and waste management.
Your office audit will include: A look at your paper and office supply consumption, what digital systems (if any) that you may have in place, shared spaces including lunch rooms and patient areas
Once we have gone through the consultation and audit phase our team will then come up with an Action Plan that is specific to your practice. We will then return and discuss this with you and your entire team. We believe it is extremely important that the whole team be a part of this process as they will be an important part of your business reaching their sustainability goals.
6-8 weeks after your Action Plan has been implemented we will return to run through everything with you again. This is a great chance for your team to celebrate their achievements and discuss with us areas they may have found difficult.
4 months after your Action Plan was implemented we will return to see how the practice is adapting and celebrate your success. It is important to recognize that this is not an overnight process and will be a long term commitment to sustainability.
